PuriFry pioneered the comprehensive Fryer Management Service established in 2008 in Northern Ireland based on a business model developed by our Managing Director Carey Baxter, and refined into what it is today in association with Share Holder and Co-Founder Nigel Ward (London), bringing 15 years of Fryer Management experience and in excess of 40 years experience in business development and Franchising at Director and Senior Management level. 

The Franchise was launched in January 2009 on completion of an extended pilot project in the Northern Ireland Market (UK), developing and refining the techniques, processes and unique selling points that make up the PuriFry Business Model.

Our first Franchise was also established in January 2009 with Carl Oxley in Co L'derry who is now in his second 5 year term, having renewed his Franchise Agreement. Expansion continued with International Territories being established in Ireland in 2010 and in Turkey in 2011.

We now operate locally with 4 vans in Ireland (Network planned for 7) and 4 vans in Northern Ireland (Network complete) where two company owned vans are operated.

Over the years PuriFry has continued to develop, both in the services being offered and process and techniques used in offering our services - keeping us ahead of the competition, and exceeding customer expectations. These developments have included huge leaps forward in mobile fryer management filtration quality, having initially started out with pressurised filtration we soon realised it had a number of inherent problems, so we improved by building our own equipment giving consistent filtration quality second to none, enabling our Franchisees to filter with confidence!
