Franchise Fee 

The Franchise fee is €19,950 and includes the license to operate the business, all equipment as listed above, van fit out and full training. 

This is the only income PuriFry have from setting up your business, no hidden charges in the van cost, and definitely no “kick backs” from suppliers!

Total Capital Requirement 

The Total Capital Requirement is what is required to set up and run the business until it is paying for its self. 

       Franchise fee: ....................................................................€19,950

       Running costs €1,250 x 3 months .................................€3,750 approx

       Miscellaneous (Travel, Van deposit, licenses etc)......€2,500 approx

                                                                    Total requirement: €26,200 approx 

Please note: 

Van is excluded from the above set-up costs, many options are available all financeable through the supplier. 

Vat will also be required where applicable at the current rate, this can be reclaimed quarterly. 

Please make sure you also have enough money available to cover your personal expenses until the business is profitable.  

Finance 

PuriFry have an agreement with the Ulster Bank (Ireland) to provide finance to Franchisees for the setup of the business. The total amount and rate charged will depend on your own financial situation, but would be a maximum of 70% of the total capital required – leaving a cash requirement in the region of €8,000. 

Van finance may also be possible from the van supplier, depending on the structure you may/may not need to pay the vat up front and make a deposit payment of 3 months charges. 

Van Purchase 

We do not specify a supplier for the required van, and therefore do not make money on the transaction (So no hidden setup charges!), this leaves you free to source your own van at the very best price for you, with our assistance if required. To maintain the Company image it must meet current specifications:

We have an agreement with a local van supplier at approx €400 per month. 

We will then look after the full fitting out of the van, the cost of which is included in the Franchise fee. 

Running Costs 

The operating costs of the business are approximately €1250 per month (Excludes Royalty payment as a % of turnover) including a van lease/loan repayment of up to €430. 

The above cost will vary between businesses, the main variable being fuel which depends on your operational area. As an indicator Fuel costs included above would cover a van based approx 25 miles from the main service area. 

Initial consumables are included in your Franchise fee. 

Royalty Fee

The standard Royalty fee is 10% of monthly turnover. 

A % based Royalty directly reflects your business performance, and therefore our performance as your Franchisor, ensuring that we give you the very best in opportunities, products, services and support. (And if nothing is invoiced due to illness or your have taken a holiday, you don’t pay us a penny!) 

Turnover

Our targeted turnover per van, based on current average Ireland invoice values is €80,000 for 35 jobs per week.

Profits

Our targeted profit per Franchisee is €60,000.
