
At PuriFry we have invested heavily in bespoke Information Technology designed specifically from the ground up for the PuriFry Fryer Management Service, providing our Franchisees with a comprehensive online resource, library, invoicing, communication tools and databases, keeping accurate records of the sales process and minimising time consuming and repetitive administrative tasks.
A huge data base is available for your operations area, where you can record your sales activity, once a customer is secured you can set up scheduled jobs to your mobile phone, each job is then signed off digitally on your phone screen on completion and the customer automatically e-mailed a proof of delivery, photographs of work completed (Where required) and relevant waste transfer notes - meeting the legal requirements of our business. Capturing customer signatures digitally on site means we can also issue invoices via email and the system is linked to our National Contracts EDI systems meaning reduced time in receiving payments and improved customer relations.

Each Franchisee Partner is also supplied with a PuriFry e-mail address for business use, and access to our online support and discussion forums.
