The PuriFry training course is an intensive 3 weeks designed to give you a solid understanding of Fryer Management and our proven business model. Without exception every Franchisee that has completed the course has said that they never thought there was so much to cleaning and filtering deep fat fryers, but there is a huge amount to learn, which we will teach you step by step and support you in ongoing.

PuriFry training is all conducted by Head Office Staff, with both classroom and practical lessons being given by our Managing Director Carey Baxter, this ensures you receive the highest quality of training, which is important to us at PuriFry, and avoids the pitfalls of Franchisees training Franchisees which leads to a watered down version of the facts and procedures being passed on, reducing knowledge and service quality.

Week 1

Initial training is classroom based, giving you a solid understanding of the theory of Fryer Management, Health & Safety, sales and administration. The week breaks down into a number of areas:

  Quality & Standards
  Health & Safety
  Conduct at Work
  National Contracts
  Administration
  IT
  Role Play
 
You will now be prepared to sell your service, operate it safely and conduct administration tasks.

Week 2

In week two you will get your first taste of Fryer Management hands on, in a safe and controlled environment at our Head Office on day 1. Using our training facility you can safely learn the basics of practical procedures, so that when we go out on site you have a grasp of what is required.

The remaining four days are spent riding in a field service van and providing Fryer Management to a variety of customer types, introducing you to all types of fryers, scenarios and requirements, as well as training you in the various ways of extending oil life, and techniques for cleaning fryers efficiently and to a very high standard.

By the end of the week you will be providing the service fully yourself, with supervision still there to help and advise, but you will now be prepared to provide Fryer Management alone...... confidently.

Week 3

In week three we will visit your area, attending meetings and trials with you and initialising the sales process and building your customer base. We will take the initial meetings, gradually handing over to you during the week, building your confidence and experience.

By the end of the week we will have met a variety of customer types and provided a range of demonstrations, you will be able to sell and demonstrate the service......... effectively.

Ongoing

PuriFry Head Office Staff are always available to provide refresher training and support, or for the introduction of new services, ensuring the highest quality and standards are maintained across the network.
