Northern Ireland Fryer Management Franchise, PuriFry, who specialise in cleaning and filtration of deep fat fryers have expanded their operations into Turkey through a Master License.
Turkey is a preferred destination for many Holiday makers, with a huge Tourist Industry specialising in all inclusive Hotel breaks, with residential numbers of up to 3000 people per hotel there are a lot of mouths to feed on a daily basis, which is where PuriFry steps in, providing their cost reduction & environment enhancing service to this vast untapped market.

Entrepreneur Gokhan Kirici, Managing Director of PuriFry Turkey, recognised the benefits PuriFry could bring to Hoteliers and Restaurateurs in his local area -
